What are your shipping options?

Standard shipping that includes tracking is $10 within Australia.

International orders will vary depending on the country. Rates are calculated during checkout.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Shipping Times within Australia:
Everything on my website are pre-order. These items will take longer to get to you, as they are made to order. Please expect your item to be posted within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes delays occur. You will receive an email with any updates on your item. I apologise if there are any delays in receiving your order.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once we’ve posted your purchase. For tracking updates, please check using your tracking number through Australia Post. Please check your Spam or Promotions for this email.

International Shipping:
International rates vary depending on country – this will be available at checkout.
Free shipping is available on international orders over $200

Estimated time of arrival is subject to change, please check your tracking details once they are received.
Most overseas orders will take 2-3 weeks after the parcel is posted.

What is your return policy?

Due to health & hygiene, for earrings, returns cannot be accepted unless an item is faulty.

For all other products, if the item is broken or faulty, I’ll need you to send the item back (paid for by you) however, we will waiver the cost of shipping back to you and send a new item or fix the original item (If stock permits). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note that colour differences are not considered a fault. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or minor colour alterations – please keep this in mind before purchasing.
